This Return Policy applies to purchases from Shraxelldhun. In Ontario and Canada, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and other applicable laws are not limited by this policy. You may be entitled to a refund or other remedies when goods are not delivered on time, the wrong product is sent, or there has been misrepresentation. This policy is in addition to those rights.

Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from shraxelldhun under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must include all original tags and packaging
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized accessories
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different piece, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Refund Process

Defective or Damaged Items
